Weather worries? Not a problem. Queen Anne offers both indoor and outdoor settings for your event and spectacular bay views, rain or shine. Our property includes a private beach, a beach side patio, large bar, and waterfront dining room. From a beach front picnic to a candle-lit wedding, we are pleased to host your affair.
Our prices are generally quoted per person and are applicable as of the proposed date. A room charge applies that fluctuates according to the date of your event. For all parties, we must receive a final attendance count five days prior to the function date. This number will be considered the minimum for which you will be charged, even if fewer people attend. A 35% deposit of the total of your estimated bill is due at the time of reserving your event. We require 14 days cancellation notice for a deposit to be refunded.
